Ingredients
- 250 gr of Gouda Cheese
- 250 gr. de Capistrano Ideal Ham
- 2 eggs
- flour
- Breadcrumbs
- Oil to fry
How to prepare
We have to grate the cheese and mix it with the Capistrano Ideal Ham until we get an homogeneous mass, after that, form the little balls with our bare hands and pass them with the flour, egg and breadcrumbs in that order.
Finally we have to fry them in abundant oil and, when they became browned, we have to place them over the paper towel to eliminate the excess of oil If we want that the breading’s little balls became crunchy, we have to pass them twice for the egg and breadcrumbs.
